of the most asked questions concerning our audio
transcription services and other services we offer. If you

What audio file formats do you accept for transcription? |
| A: We accept
audio files for transcription in mp3 and wav formats.

What forms of payment do you accept for your services? |
| A: We accept
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, eCheck,
Paypal and Western Union.

| Q:
What is considered a difficult audio to transcribe? |
A: If your
audio contains any of the following it may be considered a
difficult audio to transcribe.
- Loud background noise
- Has more than 3
speakers
- Speakers talking over
each other
- Speakers with heavy
accents
- Speakers using jargon
- Low quality audio that
is hard to hear or understand
If your audio is
determined to be a difficult audio to transcribe we will
quote you the cost to transcribe it and inform you of any
limitations or transcription quality issues. You will then
have the choice of having us transcribe the audio or
canceling your order and obtaining a full refund.

| Q:
How are your per minute prices calculated? |
| A: Our prices
are based on the time length of good quality audio files,
that are not considered to be difficult to transcribe, that
a client submits to us. Partial minutes are rounded up to
the next whole minute. For example, you submit a mp3 file
that is 23 minutes and 15 seconds long, you will be
charged for 24 minutes.

Do you have a minimum transcription service charge? |
| A: Yes, we do.
Our minimum transcription charge is based on a minimum 10
minute audio file. So if your audio file is only five
minutes long, you will be charged for 10 minutes.

Do you guarantee your work? |
| A: Yes, we
fully guarantee our transcription services for good
quality audio files. All you need to do is show us where
or why you are not happy and we will transcribe the good
quality audio file again or fix the transcription at no
additional cost to you.
Even if your audio file
was deemed difficult, we will still work with you to make
you as happy as possible with your final transcription
product within reason. We want to make you happy so you
will become a repeat client and refer others to us.

What format are finished transcripts delivered in? |
A: You have a
choice of the following delivery formats.
- Plain text
- Word for Windows doc
- Open Office odt
- RTF file format
- Adobe PDF
You can even have your
finished product delivered in multiple formats for a small
fee per additional format.

What transcription styles do you offer? |
A: We offer
the following transcription styles.
- Verbatim - The entire
audio is transcribed word for word
- Lecture - The entire
audio is transcribed word for word as a single speaker
- Multiple Speaker - The
entire audio is transcribed but each speaker is
identified

What transcription techniques do you offer? |
A: We offer
the following transcription techniques.
- Verbatim - Every word
including pauses, hmmms, ahhhsss etc are included in
the transcript
- Cleanup - Pauses,
hmmms, ahhhs etc are removed from the transcript to
make it read better

How do I get an audio file transcribed by you? |
| A: Just click
on Create Account and open a free account with us. You can
then start submitting audio files to us to be professionally
transcribed.

Do you skip ads in the audio files? |
| A: By default
we skip all deviation from the main audio event and simply
insert references to them. When submitting an audio file
to us for transcription you have the choice of
transcribing the ads within the transcription, noting them
or leaving them out all together.

Will you correct the grammar for me? |
| A: Yes, we
offer grammar correction services while transcribing your
audio files. This is best used for lecture style audios
that are going to be turned into ebooks. Just contact us
after submitting an audio and we
will quickly give you a quote to correct the grammar while
transcribing the audio.
